The website symbiologicsystem.com is published by the company Unstoppables, whose headquarters is located at 805 rue Roche Colombe 26800 Etoile sur Rhône, registered in the RCS of Romans under the number 881 842 041.

The present general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern all relations between Sym Biologic System and any person wishing to make a purchase of one or more product(s) and/or service(s) offered for sale by Sym Biologic System on this Site.

It is specified that these GTC apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly the general terms and conditions of sale in force for sales made in stores offering Sym Biologic System products.

The applicable GTC are those published on the site at the time of placing the order. Any person visiting this website is free to print these GTC, provided they do not modify them.

In the context of these GTC, the terms "Product", "Products", “Service” or “Services”, refer to the product(s) and service(s) offered for sale on the Site and shipped by Sym Biologic System.

The "Client" designates any consumer, that is, any non-commercial individual, acting for non-professional purposes, who visits one or more web pages of the site, whether they have initiated a purchase process on this Site or not. The Client must have full legal capacity.

Products & Services

The offers of Products and Services made by Sym Biologic System on the Site remain valid as long as the Products and Services are present on the site, and subject to stock availability.

The Client is responsible for any use that may be made of the Products purchased on the Site. The Products are intended for personal use of the Client, without any direct relationship with their professional activity.

Essential Characteristics of the Product

The Client can, before placing an order, take note, directly on the Site, of the essential characteristics of the Product(s) they wish to order.

The differences between the photographs and the Products can only be minor and do not concern the essential characteristics of the Products.

Sym Biologic System invites the Client to refer to the description of each Product and/or Service to know its precise characteristics. In case of doubt or if the Client wishes for additional information, they can contact Sym Biologic System by email at wecare@symbiologicsystem.com.

However, in case of a manifest error in the price and/or between the characteristics of a Product / Service and its representation, the Client undertakes to contact Sym Biologic System by email at wecare@symbiologicsystem.com, to inform them of the said manifest error. In all cases, Sym Biologic System may proceed to correct a manifest error; the Client having the option to cancel their order in case of refusal of the corrected conditions.

Prices

On the pages of the Site presenting the Products, the order forms, and the invoices issued to the Client, the prices are indicated in the Client's currency including all taxes (TTC), taking into account the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate and any discounts applicable on the day of the order.

On the pages of the Site presenting the Products, the indicated prices do not include delivery costs which are charged in addition and are specified to the Client prior to the final validation of the order.

The prices of the Products may evolve according to the commercial policy of Sym Biologic System. The Products will in any case be invoiced based on the rates in force on the Site at the time of the final validation of the order.

The price of each order, including delivery costs, is payable in cash at the time of order placement. Otherwise, no delivery will be made, and the sale is deemed canceled on the initiative of the Client.

Processing of Personal Data

Unstoppables processes information concerning consumers in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Unstoppables cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of its products.

In case of a dispute, you must first contact the company's customer service by email (wecare@symbiologicsystem.com) to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Applicable Law

This contract and the GTC governing it are subject to French law.
